Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings using computer-aided design software under the direct supervision of engineers, designers and technicians
• Create structural models and drawings in Revit from engineering sketches and verbal description
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables
• Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed

Requirements

• CAD/BIM related AS Degree (preferred), or equivalent work experience as structural CAD/BIM Technician
• Proficiency with Revit Structure (2020 )
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
• Ability to think creatively and visualize in 3D
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently as necessary for a wide variety of projects
• Possess analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects at a time
• Ability to learn, listen, adapt, and take ownership of work
• Attention to detail, self-directed learning, and meeting deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate work with other disciplines and production staff

• Previous Revit Structure production experience (internship or full-time work)
