Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Trilogy Health Services is looking for a Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join its Home Office team. This role is a flexible, hybrid position and reports to Director of Workforce Planning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A Workforce Planning Data Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert on all Workforce Planning data for the organization, with an emphasis on supporting the Company’s scheduling and PBJ strategies. This role is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing Workforce Planning data, metrics, and statistics to provide meaningful insights. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Collects and compiles staffing/scheduling metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Company’s scheduling and timekeeping system and business intelligence platform, Payroll Based Journal vendor, and other systems as needed.
  • Connects staffing information data through computerized information systems to increase efficiency and effective management of data.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns to provide actionable and predictive insights for staffing/scheduling, hiring practices, retention, turnover, PBJ, and compliance with applicable

laws and regulations.

  • Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
  • Develops and supports the reporting of key data metrics; optimizes the delivery of information to

internal and external business partners.

  • Prepares reports and visualizations of data results, presenting compelling stories with our data operational leaders.
  • Works closely with Applications Analysts, departments, and technical teams to create and maintain appropriate application and workflow documentation and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts as needed to support efforts.
  • Ensures data integrity controls are established and executed on a routine basis. Routinely audits and notifies appropriate individuals of identified data integrity issues; provides corrective action and assists with implementation of solutions to improve the quality of the organization’s data.
  • Provides support as directed with various departmental projects.
  • Manage multiple tasks associated with each project required for Workforce Planning
  • Strong organizational skills and able to communicate information gathered.
  • Analytical experience with large amounts of data and understanding of long-term care terminology.
  • Creative problem solving based on information from PBJ and Scheduling Insights
  • Develop programs and processes to improve overall PBJ and Scheduling insights.

Qualifications

Senior Level: Requires 3-5 years’ experience and associate’s degree in related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
