Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Trilogy Health Services is looking for a Vice President of Life Enrichment and Memory to join its Home Office team. This role is a flexible, hybrid position and reports to Senior Vice President – Chief of Customer Engagement Officer.
A Vice President of Life Enrichment and Memory Leads, directs, plans and implements Memory Care and Life Enrichment Activity programs. Leads health campus leaders in the operations of resident engagement, dementia care, person centered approaches, and Independent Living programs. Direct supervisor to Life Enrichment and Memory Care Support team members. Other key responsibilities will include:
· Partners with leadership by providing knowledge, advice and/or counsel to Senior Leaders, Support Staff and Campus Leadership regarding the Memory Care Program(s).
· Acts as facilitator to all staff in the form of advice, sharing ideas, listening to problems, identifying needs in terms of quality assurance, staff development and role modeling.
· Recruits, screens, selects, hires, trains, coaches, counsels and develops a team of qualified and highly motivated individuals.
· Directs and ensures the quality and quantity of company campus resident activities to assure resident needs
· Leads the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the life enrichment support staff to assure exemplary processes in customer service, resident engagement and life enrichment.
· Reviews Customer Satisfaction Survey results and ensures Health Campuses seek improvement(s) and action plans.
· Provides training and orientation of Memory Care and Life Enrichment staff as needed.
· Directs the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program, including the completion and/or directing/delegating the completion of the activities component of the comprehensive assessment.
· Assists with company cost controls and communicates expectations for providing exemplary service within approved budgetary parameters.

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
