This position will directly support 7 senior living campuses in the Lexington, Cynthiana, Citation, and surrounding areas. This role does require travel, including overnight travel for meetings through out the year.
The Regional Talent Partner will report directly to the Area Recruitment Manager and is responsible for supporting assigned campuses by developing and implementing delivery strategies resulting in sourcing and hiring quality candidates. You will serve as subject matter expert for assigned geography as it applies but is not limited to the labor market, recruitment strategy, pipeline building, external community relationships including secondary and post-secondary schools, candidate experience, and selection best practices.
In this role, you will support company initiatives that promote a professional, responsive recruiting delivery that meets or exceeds company goals and recruitment metrics. Be the trusted advisor by creating strong relationships with campus leaders, division support teams, and senior leaders rooted in great customer service, team approach works best attitude, and servant leadership.
