Trillium Drivers is now seeking Autonomous Vehicle Operators / Truck Drivers for a leading technology company at the forefront of autonomous vehicle innovation, headquartered in Irving, TX.

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, you will play a vital role in testing and enhancing the performance of our autonomous box trucks in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area. You will be responsible for operating 26-foot-long box trucks along local routes, collecting data, providing feedback to our engineering teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate 26-foot box trucks along designated routes for on-time deliveries to retail customers.
- Act as a company ambassador, maintaining strong customer relationships and effectively communicating with internal teams.
- Perform daily safety checks on vehicles, including monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and hose connections.
- Collaborate with software/hardware engineers and operations team members to test and refine route procedures.
- Provide valuable feedback on vehicle performance to operations and engineering teams.

Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Class C driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Minimum of 3 years recent (within the last 5 years) local delivery driving experience in 26-foot box trucks, including middle-mile deliveries.
- Clean background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
- 25 years of age or older.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer relationship management.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving box trucks up to 35 feet in length.
- Class A or B CDL is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive technology/engineering roles or as an automotive technician.
