Trillium Construction is now hiring in Pleasanton, CA.

Our client is one of the largest family owned security and fire companies in the nation serving commercial, retail, government, and residential clients. They are looking to bring on a working Project Manager for their Pleasanton office. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $90k and $110k depending on experience. A great benefits package is also included with medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, and a company vehicle with gas card.

Duties include:
-Effectively plan and control assigned projects by monitoring progress, managing procurement and recording production and job costs
-Develop and maintain project schedule and budget to ensure project meets initial estimates.
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports
-Review all associated contracts, specifications, drawings, scope of work, estimates, requirements, and other pertinent project information and prepare a project plan.
-Month end financial review, including revenue recognition and job cost review
-Complete project close out reports

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years project management experience within the alarm and fire industry
-7 years experience of field installation experience
-Experience with Lenel, Notifier & DMP (mostly Lenel)
-Fire alarm license or willing to obtain within 6 months
-Along with fire experience, must also have 2 of the 3: CCTV, burglary, access control
