```Duties``` - Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow - Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Provide medical administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Assist with medication administration and basic patient care as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Familiarity with coding and billing procedures - Experience with X-Ray and vital sign measurements is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This position requires working in a hospital environment.
