Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of our insurance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of insurance transactions, including documentation, compliance, and client communication.
• Liaise with insurance agents, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain and update transaction records in our database.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist in resolving any transaction-related issues or discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed insurance professional.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a transaction coordination role within the insurance industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
