Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Test Support Analyst I. This is a temporary, full time position located in WSMR, NM. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1630. May change with project demands.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will need significant working knowledge of the Chu-SAM weapon systems and standard operating procedures. Must also be knowledgeable of WSMR operations to include scheduling of range assets to include airspace. The Test Support Analyst performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed and select or adapts standard procedures for equipment using fully applicable precedents. Will receive initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed in order to perform recurring work independently. Work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions. Reviews test documentation to assess adequacy, objectives and procedures with respect to criteria based on appropriate military standards. Prepares Test Incident Reports (TIR) documenting mission timeline, deviation from procedure, equipment failure, preventive and corrective maintenance. Provides input to various test agencies as to Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) issues under guidance of the particular Failure, Scoring, and Definition Scoring Criteria (FSDC) for that system. Monitors test events to assess test conformity with approved test plans. Maintain logs to record equipment failure, data collection problems and deviations from planned procedures. Provide an assessment to support Scoring Conferences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain records/logs/data

  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical School Certification or Associates degree
  • 2 years’ experience performing with Chu-SAM or similar weapons systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving history
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with computer
  • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, in order to successfully convey information, facts, concepts, thoughts, and ideas to the recipient(s).
  • Possess the ability to complete and deliver required work, with minimal supervision in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of weapons systems logistics

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
