Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative candidate to fill a pivotal role in our Augusta, GA office, focusing on the development of next-generation automated toolsets. This position is aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Government customers operations. The successful applicant will be tasked with pioneering front-end applications supporting cybersecurity analysis and evaluation tools for evaluators in Operational Test Environments.

The role involves developing and integrating UX/UI interfaces for visualization of various software components, including results from large language models, cluster analysis, graph analysis, file indexing, and other machine learning algorithms. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing solutions, defining product roadmaps, and applying new technologies to meet emerging customer needs, ensuring innovative and effective product development.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely from our Augusta, GA location. Ideal candidates will have a robust desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the advancement of technology in cybersecurity. What Youll Do

* Develop User-Facing Features: Create new interfaces with a focus on dashboards using ReactJS or comparable frameworks.

* Code Reusability: Build and maintain reusable code and libraries to simplify future development efforts.

* UI/UX Implementation: Ensure that all designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.

* Application Optimization: Enhance application speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.

* Input Validation: Assure that all user input is validated before submission to the back-end to maintain data integrity.

* Collaborative Development: Work closely with UX designers, project managers, and backend developers to ensure requirements are met and deliver high-quality software.

* Cross-Browser Compatibility: Address and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues.

* TypeScript Development: Utilize TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability, leveraging its strong typing and object-oriented features.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Must be enrolled pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Web Development, or a related technical field.

* Experience: Experience developing front-end UX/UI applications.

* Web Technologies: Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and client-side scripting including typescript.

* CSS Preprocessing: Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS, SASS, and tailwindCSS/utility classes.

* JavaScript Proficiency: Experience in ReactJS (or comparable framework) required; familiarity with other frameworks like AngularJS, BackboneJS, or KnockoutJS is advantageous.

* TypeScript: Experience in TypeScript, integrating its features into modern web applications.

* Asynchronous Processes: Understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.

* Image Editing: Basic ability to perform image adjustments using tools like Gimp or Photoshop.

* Version Control: Proficient use of code versioning tools like Git.

* Cross-Browser Issues: Ability to identify and resolve compatibility issues across different browsers.

* Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

* Security and Citizenship: Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience with Product Deployment: Demonstrated experience deploying solutions to customer servers and cloud environments.

* Advanced Dashboard Development: Demonstrated experience in developing complex, interactive dashboards and data visualization tools.

* Experience with Scalability: Proven ability to optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
