Trident Process Systems is Hiring a Document Control Specialist Near Gainesville, TX

The Document Control Specialist is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and distributing of project documents as they flow through the company. Classifies and files new documents following the established processes. Fulfills document requests from authorized personnel and tracks the retrieval and disposition of documents. Performs a variety of administrative/clerical duties.

  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company
  • Maintenance of existing controlled documents
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, making job books for the shop floor, and other duties as assigned
  • Good communication skills and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Follow instructions and company procedures
