Job Summary and Qualifications

The Division VP Nursing Operations ensures efficient and effective deployment of nursing initiatives and processes and acts as key interface for cross-functional initiatives and responsibilities (e.g., staffing and scheduling, recruiting, etc.).

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree required
• 5 years of experience in hospital analytics preferred
• 5 years of experience in hospital operations required
