Job description

Travel Resorts of America is looking for a Full-Time Representative to work in our office in Southern Pines, NC. TRA currently operates eleven premium, membership-based Camping Resorts in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Minnesota and South Dakota. Whether an RV owner, tent-camper, or booking a cabin, there are plenty of options for our members to choose from, along with amazing campground amenities with unique adventures and activities!

Our Member Services Team interacts with our members via phone and email to help with reservations, product and services information, and addressing concerns by providing prompt, exemplary customer service and ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction.

The campground industry is an exciting and fun place and TRA is a consistently growing company. If you know how to create happy members and employees we want to talk with you!

Who we are looking for:

  • A person who enjoys delivering top notch customer service, actively listens and demonstrates empathy and who can correctly identify the members needs. Someone who is HAPPY to solve problems and find satisfactory solutions for all parties.
  • Someone who possess a friendly, professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills and also great interpersonal skills to effectively deliver information and respond to questions of a varying nature.
  • A person with good computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Someone with a steady work history containing face-to-face or call center customer service skills and leadership/supervisor/management experience.
  • Someone who can pass a background and drug screening in accordance to applicable laws.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
