TriCorps Security is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an AI Implementation Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into our security operations and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the security and marketing departments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, content personalization, marketing automation, sentiment analysis, and performance optimization.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to train machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy and reliability in AI-driven initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, conducting research and participating in training programs to continuously expand knowledge and skills.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, translating them into actionable AI strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and partners as needed to support AI-related projects and initiatives.
• Participate in the testing, evaluation, and refinement of AI models and tools to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of AI technologies and tools, promoting adoption and proficiency across the organization.
• Assist in the documentation of AI-related processes, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and organizational learning.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and keeping pace with emerging trends and developments in AI and machine learning.
• Prior experience or coursework in AI, data science, or related fields is a plus but not required.
