You will be running projects for start to finish for federal, education, healthcare, multifamily, commercial and hospitality clients in the greater Atlanta area and beyond.

The client as been in business for 30 years, working with established and new clients across the greater Atlanta area.

They specialize in metal framing and drywall and their projects range from single classroom interiors to upgrades of whole multifamily complexes and hotels.

Description

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all the trades on site
• Reviewing and driving the project schedule
• Handling RFI and change order requests
• Site safety and quality assurance
• Checking trades are working to contracts and plans
• Reporting on project progress
• Managing Assistants

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience in commercial interior projects
• Prior project experience in metal framing and drywall
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous management experience
