Job Description

As a member of the Asset Management & Investments department this individual will be join the Revenue Management Group working on Tricon Residential's growing single family home and multifamily portfolios. In addition to the Revenue Management function this individual will be an active contributor the organization focusing on optimizing the portfolios via financial and operational measures
  • Responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, lease expiration management, concessions to maximize revenue for large portfolio of institutional single family, community and multifamily portfolios
  • Oversee daily pricing recommendations, weekly pricing calls, credit screening parameters, renewal offer strategy, all within the companies pricing and revenue platform
  • Evaluates property performance versus submarket and suggests corrective actions for poorer performing communities or assets
  • Develops analyses for anything related to demand forecasting, demand management or pricing activities (e.g. credit risk assessment, amenities, market segmentation, customer price sensitivities, pricing strategies and tactics, bundling or unbundling of products and services, etc.)
  • Assist with enhancement and management of the revenue management pricing model and program
  • Compiles market analysis information and trends to make informed recommendations to management
  • Analyze, manage and drive KPIs around revenue growth optimization
  • Supports development and/or modification of training materials for PRM tools
  • Develop and present recommendations to management or other internal teams
  • Work closely with the revenue management department on a regular basis on pricing, renewals, and other revenue initiatives analyses or projects
  • May require approximately 10-20% travel to markets

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable creating financial analyses and PowerPoint presentations to support findings and recommendations effectively with all levels including Senior Management
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • queries, graphing, PowerPoint, etc. preferred
  • Knowledge of YARDI accounting platform preferred
  • Tolerance for ambiguity of early change management situations
  • Demonstrate and support the organization's ethics and values and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in finance, real estate, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
  • Experience with LRO/Yieldstar/AIRM Pricing and Revenue Management software is preferred
  • Five to eight years of Revenue Management or pricing experience. Relevant experience may include residential real estate, multi-family and/or hospitality operations, economics and other applications of revenue/yield management principles from other industries
  • Strong analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with data and analytical presentation tools such as Excel pivot tables, database

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$94,050.00 - $156,750.00
