Tricon It Solutions is Hiring a Desktop Support Consultant Near Westlake, LA
Role: Desktop Support Consultant
Location: 3150 Pete Manena Road, Westlake, LA - 70669
Duration: 12 Months W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $27/Hr on W2
Experience requested
- Windows desktop support, PC deployment, general knowledge of how IT infrastructure interacts (computers, printers, network devices, wireless devices)
- No requirement for development languages
Schedule:
- 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8 hours a day, totaling 40 hours a week. No expectation of weekend work during normal schedule but very rarely on-site presence may be needed for emergency on-call. OT will need approved by myself prior.
- Daily schedule is flexible – meaning, they don’t necessarily have to start at 0700, as long as they are on-site during the core hours of support window (0900 – 1500) they can flex schedule
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
