The Role

The Make Ready Technician will be responsible for overall preparation of the vehicles for customer pick up, while maintaining a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work in accordance with company policies and standards.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Cleans, protects and preserves, in detail car’s interior, compartments, exterior and exteriors parts.
• Responsible for any big scratches that will need to be buff and touch up so that it is not necessary to be sent to body shop.
• Will overlook for any errors or discrepancy after the car has been detailed by others.
• Maintains strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Maintaining dealership quality standards

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…

• 2 years of detailing experience
• A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
• Working experience with full detail bumper to bumper inside and outside, buffing, wax painting, and doing paint touch ups.
