The Role

In the position of Insurance Claims Specialist at Tricolor Holdings, you will deny, settle, or authorize payments to routine property/casualty claims based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Assisting customers with insurance claims
• Working with claims adjusters to ensure prompt payment of claims
• Working with body shops to ensure prompt repair of vehicles
• Collecting accident details
• Providing customer details on benefits and coverages of company Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)

This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in Claims processing or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
