As a Client ExperienceSpecialist you will be the first point ofcontact for our clients and play a crucial role in creating a warmwelcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk throughour doors.

  • OfferPersonalized Care : Greet clients with warmth and professionalismoffer refreshments guide them to specific service areas and curatean overall experience aligned with their preferences andneeds.
  • Encourage FutureVisits : Schedule clients for their next appointment at checkoutensuring they continue to enjoy the benefits of ourservices.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicator(KPI) Targets : Success will be gauged through the achievement ofobjectives including rebooking rates retail conversion gift cardsetc.
  • Championthe Brand : Embrace and embody the values and culture of TricociSalon & Spa becoming a living ambassador of ourbrand.
  • Seek ValuableFeedback : Gather insights from departing clients on theirexperience showing our commitment to continuousimprovement.
  • Uphold BrandStandards : Ensure waiting areas reception areas and other spacesare maintained according to company brandstandards.
  • FacilitateSeamless Communication : Maintain an open line of communication withfellow team members and management accurately logging messages intoour system and ensuring timely communication between teammembers.
  • Share YourExpertise : Educate clients on our services retail products andpromotions assisting clients in their selections and elevatingtheir experience.
  • ResolveInquiries and Concerns : Skillfully address questions fulfillrequests and resolve concerns demonstrating your expertise anddedication to the clientexperience.
  • ExecuteTransactional Procedures : Handle cash and credit transactionsaccurately and efficiently ensuring strict adherence to establishedcredit card / cash managementprotocols.

Here aresome of the skills that we are looking for in thisindividual :

  • Minimum 12years experience in a customerfacing role preferably in a spa / salonhospitality or retail environment. Reservation experience aplus!
  • Provide mobilecustomer experience (via headset and tablet) with strongcommunication and organizationalskills.
  • Ability toanticipate the needs of our clients consistently going above andbeyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Thrive ina fastpaced environment maintaining composure and attention todetail even during peak hours.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on activelistening.
  • Proficient in using computer systemsand pointofsale software.
  • Passion for thebeauty and wellness industry with a genuine desire to createexceptional experiences forclients.
  • Professional appearance and demeanorrepresenting the Tricoci brand withpride.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedulesincluding evenings and / orweekends.
