Position Overview: Tribeca is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand and Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our brand and advertising efforts, assisting in the development and execution of campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for advertisements, including copywriting, image selection, and video editing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Brand Management: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prior experience in brand management or advertising campaign coordination is a plus.
