Tribalcohas an immediate opening for an Associate Contract Manager in its Corporate Office located in Bethesda, MD. This position is responsible for reviewing and / or ensuring the proper review and management of all contracts from federal, state, and local government entities to ensure that Tribalco can comply with any requsite conditions related to the contract. The position is responsible for instituting the managing a cross functional process to ensure continued compliance with the various requirements of these government contracts throughout their term.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full life-cycle of company contracts from award through contract close out.
• Manage administration of multi-million dollar contracts; review prime contract modifications and issue subcontractor Task Orders/Modifications.
• Review and implement compliance procedures and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with federal, state and/or local contracts, including maintaining all contractual documentation and files, ensure all contractual documentation is concise and consistent both from a technical and contractual perspective. Identify and develop solutions to out of scope, cost/schedule changes, ensuring company resources are not negatively impacted.
• Responsible for Project Setup Process: review award documents and confirm contract information is accurate and consistent with proposals, pro forma, project set-up form, and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare contract kick-off documents and conduct internal contract kick off meetings for large contract opportunities.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets to track Award and Modification funding from Prime Contract to Subcontractor.
• Track, manage, and ensure compliance with all Contract deadlines, including period of performance, options, extensions, and limitation of cost or funds.
• Manage contract close-outs.
• Manage and help others to manage relationships with external government entities that request bids from Tribalco.
• File GWAC contract compliance reports with appropriate government agencies.
• Track day-to-day tasks and update contract reports.
• Directly support corporate audits as related to prime- and sub-award compliance.
• Directly support ISO 9000:2015 and CMMISVC Level 3 corporate certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Contracts - Draft, Evaluate, Negotiate, and Execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts, including modifications.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with contracting officers and partners’ contract departments.

• Effectively prioritizing multiple activities.
• Strong SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

• Ability to communicate the goals and objectives of the Contracts department.
• Excellent management and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze/identify relevant terms and conditions and perform risk assessments.

Compensation

• Bachelor degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in managing government contracts.
