Tribal Diagnostics, a premier full service clinical laboratory, is searching for a bilingual Phlebotomist in San Antonio. This is a full-time position and the pay is $17 - $20 per hour. This position will be Monday, Wedneday, Thursday and Friday from 8am-1pm, Tuesdays from 8am - 5pm and every other Saturday from 8am- 1pm.

• Efficiently and safely obtaining blood, urine and saliva samples from patients for the purpose of laboratory testing
• Complete and fill out requisition with correct testing information, current medication and insurance information
• Pack and prepare specimens for shipping
• Facilitate the collection, processing and shipping of urine specimens
• Follow departmental policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained
• Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff
• Communicate with, understand, and react effectively to a diverse patient population base
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Inform Supervisor of low volume shifts, unusual problems or deviations from established procedures
• Maintain neat, clean, orderly patient/work areas at all times
• Order processing & office supplies as needed
