Triangle Machine Products, a subsidiary of Freeway Corporation, is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be an individual who wants to be involved with maintaining the day to day of Quality Control, while also looking to grow within the Quality field.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year(s) experience as a Quality Technician.
- Experience with inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator, and surface plate inspection techniques.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to work 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday; 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducts daily inspections and testing activities using a variety of inspection tools and techniques, while supporting production team as needed.
- Inspects finished products and work-in-process products to ensure conformance with drawing specifications.
- Performs First Article Inspections and prepares First Article Reports.
- Performs part layouts as required.
- Assembles gauge packages and issues to production at start of job.
- Responsible for sorting area.
- Enters and maintains internal rejections and rejection area.
- Maintains inspection records according to company and customer standards.
