Job Description Primary responsibilitie include:Monitors and reacts in a timely manner to routine demand maintenance requirements.Participates in routine Preventative/Predictable Maintenance.Troubleshoots equipment stoppages and reacts accordingly.Utilizes various mechanical and electrical test equipment. Assists with manufacturing during product change-over.Plans, assists, documents, and implements process improvement techniques and devices.Communicates with production and various other customers as needed. Complies with all company safety rules and procedures.Qualifications3-5 years prior experience in Predictive/Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of high speed automation manufacturing equipment and machinery. Ability to work with little or no supervision;Experienced w/ high pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated material handling equipment and machinery, utilizing 480vac VFD’s, and PLC control logic troubleshooting. Ability to use machining, electrical and mechanical, lite welding and fabrication trade skills to complete tasks. Ability to interpret and produce mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. Good verbal and written communication skills.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
