Triad Physician Resources is Hiring a Director of Financial Operations Near Longview, TX

This is opportunity to join a innovative health care company.

Reporting to the CEO, providing analytical and financial support to evaluate current production, interpret opportunities, and establish measures and forms for monitoring key business metrics within the company. The individual will learn the business drivers of each company department and serve as a liaison between directors and the CEO.

Experience Level:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry will be essential but optional for a quick study.
  • Skilled in Revenue Cycle Business Processes

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the budgeting process, including developing annual budgets, monitoring variances, and providing regular updates to management.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow projections.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and support business operations.
  • Provide financial leadership and support to other departments, including guiding financial decision-making and analyzing business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in financial operations.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial software systems (e.g., ERP systems) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Triad is the holding corporation with many of healthcare related businesses arms including medical groups, home health, rehabilitation, hospice, and the value-based and risk management industries in the northeast service area of Texas and southern Arkansas.
