OPPORTUNITY

Triad Complete Healthcare is looking for a caring, gentle, and patient nurse practitioner interested in building a new pediatric care practice. We will support you and provide a stable environment for you to render the best patient care possible. Provider will be responsible for a budding pediatric care practice.

Our management services group provides higher level support without opting to control wide aspects of your practice. Our main priority is making your practice run effectively, pleasantly, and in a financially healthy manner without burning you out. Though our partnership, you will take a leadership role in providing holistic and quality care to pediatric patients.

At Triad Complete Healthcare, our role is to support you, the provider, to ensure the best patient outcomes possible, while providing the patient with a pleasant and empathetic atmosphere. This is your clinic, and YOU are our priority.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required

  • Current BLS/CPR certification required

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, Professional appearance and demeanor, required to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Communication Skills: To communicate with their patients and colleagues, need excellent listening, speaking and interpersonal skills. They must be ale to understand what their patients are telling them, clearly communicate instructions, and build and maintain a trusting relationship

Risk Management: Responsibly use income to operate the practice and satisfy staffing needs.

Problem Solving: Based on clinical interviews, physical examinations and lab test results, must be able to identify diseases and other health conditions. After making diagnoses, need to produce treatment plans

Critical Thinking: When developing a treatment plan, must be able to evaluate various options to treat a condition and then identify the one he or she decides will have the best outcome

Compassion: Must be able to sympathize with sick and also worried, patients and their families

Leadership Skills: NPs usually manage other members of the healthcare team such as RN’s and LPN’s

JOB DUTIES

  • Perform evaluations and management, physicals, and other assessments on patients.

  • Use an electronic medical record to thoroughly document all steps of patient care.

  • Use medical judgment to diagnose and treat health conditions of patients.

  • Provide preventative care services such as vaccines according to best practices.

  • Supervise clinical support staff to ensure thorough and safe patient care.

  • Refer patients to specialty care in cases where primary care is not adequate for disease management.

  • Collaborating with pediatricians, OBs and other specialists as needed to render better care to the patient.

  • Round as needed at the hospital to assist with neonatal care.
