Triad is looking for a Wood Mill Hand that knows and understands the operation and maintenance of Wood Milling machines: (ie. Panel Saw, Edge Bander, CNC Routers, Dowel Machine, Table saw, Shapers, Jointers, Planers, Wide belt sander, Cold press panel processes, etc.) Must be familiar with cabinetry & fixture assembly techniques to ensure the milling procedures & sequencing match the assembly possesses and the ability to suggest changes as necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings or blueprints.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to read a tape measure, caliper, and measure in thousandths (.xxx) of an inch.
• Must be Quality & Detail oriented.
• Ability to work cooperatively
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Must be familiar with department standards.
• Ability to do simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate positions effectively.
• Ability to operate machinery and use tools safely and productively.
• Ability to drive and operate a Forklift.
