We are looking to find an awesome front office team member to join our amazing dental practice. The position is a full-time position, though we are open to discussing part-time options. Dental front office experience is required for this position. Knowledge of EagleSoft is desirable.

We go above and beyond to keep you as safe as possible! We are fully stocked with PPE including: N95 masks, level 1 masks, face shields, safety goggles, clinical gowns, hair bouffants, shoe covers, and an on-site washer/dryer. Our office has numerous hand sanitizing/washing stations, sneeze guards, and air filtration systems. We fog our work spaces after treatment. We implemented no-touch temperature checks, symptoms checks, distancing protocols, and workflow improvements. We increased our office sanitizing frequencies. Keeping our team members safe is our top priority.

The front office position is a full time position for Monday through Thursday (or Friday), 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Your weekends will be yours! You will be asked to greet patients in our office and over the phone, check-in patients, present treatment plans, post payments, look up insurance benefits, calculate and discuss financial agreements, and other front office duties.

Our office is located on the west side of Pleasanton. We are very accessible by car, and access to the 580 and 680 freeways are quick and easy. We have reverse commutes to our office from many locations in the Bay Area. Your commute will take less than 30 minutes from Hayward, San Leandro, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Livermore, Fremont, or Milpitas! We are less than a 15 minute walk from the BART station.
