Tri-Township Jr-Sr High School is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Girls Varsity Basketball Coach to lead our team to success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student-athletes both on and off the court. Teaching positions may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and teamwork
• Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team performance
• Provide mentorship and support to athletes, fostering personal growth and sportsmanship
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community members to promote the basketball program
• Uphold high standards of sportsmanship, discipline, and integrity

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
