Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting the warehouse with any administrative paperwork and duties pertaining to orders. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

· Monitor upcoming customer deliveries, carriers and routes prior to cutoff time for feedback to Cardinal and Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator for potential changes needed for accuracy and completeness.

· Perform Pick Ticket verification process to insure that completed pick tickets are consistent with master copy and Cardinal Load sheets to prepare for shipment double checks.

· Print, File and sort pick tickets.

· Process invoices for payment and recordkeeping.

· In support of warehouse management, execute open transfer pick tickets, ship transfers, operate as primary point of contact for outside branches for modifying and finalizing branch transfers.

· Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

· HS Diploma or equivalent required.

· 0-2 years of experience in warehouse policies and procedures.

· 0-2 years of warehouse assistant and/or administrative experience.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Qualifications

· Basic computer skills.

· Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.

· Be able to work in a general office/warehouse environment.

· Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.

· Legally permitted to work in the United States.
