Tri-State Water, Power & Air is Hiring a Warehouse Manager Near Fenton, MO
Tri-State Water, Power & Air is a leading service and installation provider for the St. Louis area and beyond! We are looking for a detail orientated person to join our growing team as a Warehouse Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts efficiently.

- Warehouse Management:
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and distribution of parts to Installation and Service teams.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality and accuracy.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes.
- Implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Train staff on safe handling procedures and use of equipment.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or hazards.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
