We are an established security alarm company with over 30 years in the security and low voltage industry and we have customers throughout the United States. We are looking for a self-motivated, team oriented individual, who will work closely with the customer service staff, sales team and other office employees. Candidate should be prepared for a fast-paced office environment with an abundance of phone use. The perfect individual would be very organized with the ability to multi-task, have experience with QuickBooks, be proficient in all Microsoft programs (especially Word & Excel), have great phone etiquette, have impressive note taking skills, logistically minded, and have office experience with a professional attitude and work ethic. The applicant should be able to work Monday-Friday (alternating rotation of 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm) and needs to consistently arrive on time. Attendance is of the utmost importance.
This team member will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Answer phone calls
· Assist customers with problems
· QuickBooks data entry
· Organize job information including pictures and signed documents
· Use web-based programs to track service issues
· Schedule service and installs
· General Office Duties as needed
Job Requirements
· Previous office experience.
· Self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task, multi-tasking skills must be excellent
· Extreme understanding of computers, computer networking, and multi-line phone systems
· Advanced experience with Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Programs
· Successfully complete background check and drug screening
(after probationary period)
