We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable STEM Summer Instructors to lead our Summer STEM Academy for students from Kindergarten through to those entering 8th Grade.

About the Role:

As a STEM Summer Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students over a 6-week summer program. Running daily from 9 AM to 4 PM, our Summer STEM Academy is designed to engage students in hands-on learning, fostering curiosity and a passion for the STEM fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging STEM lessons and activities tailored to a diverse range of ages and abilities.

Lead science labs, facilitating experiments that allow students to apply concepts in a practical, real-world context.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages questions, discovery, and teamwork.

Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong background in STEM fields, with relevant education and/or professional experience.

Prior teaching or instructional experience, especially with children in K-8 grades, is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.

A proactive, creative approach to teaching and problem-solving.

Availability to work throughout the 6-week program duration, from 9 AM to 4 PM daily.
