Tri Pointe Assurance is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group.
Position Highlights:The Title Assistant is responsible for both the electronic document recordation of closed files and title policy preparation, distribution, remittance, and quality control of delivering final title policies. This position is the point of contact for buyers and lenders requesting post-closing policy documentation. The Title Assistant maintains workflows and reports while working closely with escrow to ensure documents are properly e-recorded. This position will be work nationally across multiple states supporting both title and escrow.
