Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is looking for an experienced, detail orientated, problem-solving individual to join our talented group as an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing.

Position Highlights: Supports the Colorado Division in community sales operations, staff support, marketing initiatives, and key customer touchpoints.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports NHAs with broker outreach needs. Provide research support on top-performing brokers, CMAs for resale, etc.
  • Schedules training modules and operations, tracks NHA participation in required training for both new hires and incumbent NHA’s.
  • Works with VP of Community Experience on recognition initiatives and sales contests
  • Sales Rally -- Creates meeting agendas and sets up room for weekly sales meetings including food, decorations, and audio/visual components.
  • MLS Listing Review - weekly monitoring of current listings for accuracy and minimum requirements
  • Tour communities for sales readiness and sends feedback to leaders
  • Completes various sales and marketing reports – i.e., inventory home pricing & aging, traffic, sales, competition, MLS, customer satisfaction ranking, sales volume reports, Sales Associate of the Month, etc.
  • Provides administrative support to the VP of Community Experience. Performs general administrative and clerical duties to include but not limited to coding and processes of invoices, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Reviews sales paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ongoing community-level support for signage. Sources weekend routes for new communities monitor placement for current. Monitor community signage, weekend placement and fulfill requests for homesite signs for all communities.
  • Project management leads for community openings; sales office construction, installation, and timelines.
  • Tracks and coordinates installation for model home items such as bound carpets, electronics, and mirrors with outside vendors
  • Serves as sales/marketing community contact for Superintendents and outside vendors
  • Manages ordering and fulfillment of home buyer closing gifts, coordinating NHA needs via backlog report
  • Identifies opportunities for staging and promotions via completing inventory
  • Orders NHA and site supplies per requests from the field maintain best-practice supply standards
  • Serves as event lead for Grand Openings, Design Studio Open Houses, and other event needs. Plan, budget and execute.
  • Track sales office budget, working with purchasing and construction to verify costs
  • Supports landscaping installation and planning with the design team
  • Manages community closeout checklist and processes or sales office moves as needed
  • Tracks and monitors digital advertising for accuracy via weekly audits. Suggests copy changes to keep content fresh.
  • Works with paid media vendor on submission of new creative for coming soon, now selling and closeout needs.
  • Proofread and support email marketing efforts in Marketo, pull customer lists as needed.
  • Assists with the content calendar for organic social and creation of blog topics with the ad agency.
  • Monitors website for BDX reporting requirements. Monitors SEO reports and provides feedback on possible improvements.
  • SEO - optimize web content and make recommendations for blog and other content for keywords.
  • Creates innovative customer touchpoints throughout the customer journey to support sales and marketing.

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. BA/BS Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous New Home Marketing experience or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong PC skills required, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and follow through with projects containing a high level of detail.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $25.29-32.88 per hour, equivalent to $52,600-68,400 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
