Position: LHCSA Staffing Coordinator- Bilingual, Spanish / English Speaking

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LHCSA Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care by effectively managing and coordinating caregiver schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage schedules for home care aides and caregivers to ensure proper coverage for client needs.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure appropriate caregiver assignments based on client preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with the HR and Intake teams to onboard new caregivers and ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
• Address scheduling conflicts and handle emergency staffing needs effectively.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with management to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Participate in rotation of evening and weekend on-call

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a staffing or scheduling role within a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or a LHCSA a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HHAexchange preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of LHCSA regulations and compliance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
