Notes: 3x12 hour rotating shifts 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description: SERVICES PROVIDED: The Syracuse VA Medical Center (VAMC) of The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2 of New York/New Jersey, a division of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), has the need for temporary Registered Nurse (RN) staffing services.

• QUALIFICATIONS 6.1. STAFF 6.1.1. LICENSE:
  Licensed personnel assigned by the Contractor to perform services covered by this contract shall be currently certified or licensed, as appropriate, in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
• All licenses held by the personnel working on this contract shall be fully valid and without restriction.
• The qualifications of such personnel shall also be subject to review by the VA Chief of Staff and approval by the VA Facility Director.
• The Government specifically reserves the right to reject and of the Contractor s personnel and refuse them permission to provide services under this contract.

QUANTITIES/TASK ORDER ISSUANCE:

• Staffing needs will likely change throughout the life of the contract as VA permanent hires are selected.
• Quantities are not listed herein and will be specified in each task order. Orders need not directly correspond with
• FSS-BPA performance periods and may be issued for any length of time that falls within the full-term of the BPA.
• The Government anticipates award of a single-award FSS-BPA from this solicitation but reserves the right to consider multiple awards.
• A task order will be issued prior to the start of the performance period.
• The Government anticipates the quantity for the initial task order of 23 full-time equivalent (FTE) RN staffing services (22 FTE Med/Surg RNs and 1 FTE Cath Lab RN); this does not constitute a minimum order guarantee.
• Orders may include any nursing specialties listed in the PWS (Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Cath Lab, General RNs). Multiple task orders may be issued concurrently off the FSS-BPA.
