Janitorial Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily custodial team/teams at multiple clients in the Roanoke/Salem Area. They are to train the team, oversee work performance and compliance with the clients' cleaning specifications, manage inventory and supplies, handle any documentation and or correction of personnel. Primarily a second shift position, majority of the work hours are afternoon and evening, but availability during the day and weekends are needed on occasion. If you have call outs from different locations, you are required to fill in or make sure that location is cleaned for its required shift.

The ideal candidate would have janitorial or housekeeping and/or supervisor experience, good communication skills, team player, knowledge. Experience with floor work is a plus but not required.

Valid drivers license and good background are required. Good driving record is required due to insurance on the company vehicle that is provided to the supervisor and so that the supervisor can be cleared for different client security requirements.
