Tri-County Health Care is Hiring a Certified Athletic Trainer Near Wadena, MN
- Provides contracted athletic and personal training as requested by Tri-County Health Care to meet outreach needs in the areas of injury prevention and injury examination/assessment by integrating best practices in immediate and emergent care
- Follows treatment programs and adjusts program to each patient’s needs and conditions with supervision of provider and/or physical or occupational therapist to ensure a positive outcome
- Works with orthopedic team for a variety of different roles including, but not limited to, bracing, crutch training, taping and casting
- Documents progress notes for each patient treated
- Ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high degree of commitment to customer service excellence
- Cross cultural sensitivity
- Ability to become skilled in EPIC with training
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with advanced program in athletic training
- Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners Registered Athletic Trainer
