The Engineering Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the planning, organizing, and directing of activities for the Engineering department. This position is responsible for long- and short- range planning, engineering design, and inspection of distribution facilities, load growth, demand forecasting, and environmental and regulatory compliance. Ensure members receive the highest level of safe electrical utility service and reliability.
Bachelor's degree in engineering and registered Professional Engineer certificate is preferred. Five (5) or more years of experience in electric utility system engineering design is required. Supervisory/management experience is preferred.
