Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager/Sales Representative to join our team. As a Project Manager/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, estimating projects, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has vast knowledge in the construction industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products or services

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Experience:

- Proven track record of success in sales or project management

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

-Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
