Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide parts lists for recommended repairs
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications

Service Technician Requirements:

• Experience as an auto technician in a dealership setting 
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
• Experience on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or other domestic brand 
• Dedication to learning and progression 
• A strong desire to succeed 
• Team player
• Computer skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
