RN Case Manager - Galax, VA
Tri-Area Community Health has a full-time Registered Nurse opening at our Fries/Grayson and Galax City locations. The position includes providing Case Management services for both the Fries and Grayson Highland sites as well alternating travel between sites. Qualified candidates must be driven and possess the ability to work independently, use critical thinking skills, and effective communication. Qualified Medical office experience and EMR experience is a plus. Candidate must be willing to work as a team member of a multidisciplinary team. Current Virginia RN license required. Hours are primarily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with no weekends, nights or call.
Pay is based on education and experience.
