Tri-Area Community Health (https://triareahealth.org/) is seeking a full-time Registered Dietician Nutritionist to provide services to patients at all of its current and future sites through in-person and technology-based encounters. The RDN will work from one primary location (any of our current locations) but will be expected to travel to all sites (Ferrum, Floyd, Laurel Fork, Grayson County) at least occasionally. The successful candidate will educate patients about nutrition and administer medical nutrition therapy as part of a health care team including medical and behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and diabetes and chronic care management staff as well as assisting with outreach to the public and providing group-based services. Appropriate credentialing in Virginia required. Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification preferred.

Pay is based on education and experience.
