Position Overview:
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for fabricating and shipping orthodontic appliances according to precise specifications and timelines. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to adapt to the various needs of the company, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate orthodontic appliances using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Review and interpret prescription forms and digital scans to ensure accurate fabrication of appliances.
- Inspect finished appliances to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Package and label appliances for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet production deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in orthodontic technology preferred.
- Previous work as an Orthodontic Lab Technician is a bonus, but not required.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is a plus.
