JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a unique opportunity to join the organization at an expansion stage and help build talent and culture from the ground up, as we build Trex’s new location in Little Rock. A high level of accountability and coordination, along with a focus on relationships and willingness to travel regularly to other established locations during the early months of this role will be key components to success.

We are looking for a Controls Engineer to help us by providing design and support for instrumentation, PLC controls and a variable frequency that drives all production lines. As a Trex Controls Engineer, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to maximize the productivity and efficiency in our facilities. This role is a key member of our Process Engineering team.

EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field along with experience in controls design and programming. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a system engineer or electrical engineer.
