Facility is a skilled nursing facility offering physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, and IV therapies.

Short term rehabilitation to long-term resident care, provided by a caring, courteous and compassionate staff. Experienced, long-term care professional staff offers a variety of services and programs for our residents. The facility has an excellent activity program specializing in individual relationships to meet each residents needs.

13 Week contract

Shift, 10p-6a 5x8

Must have LPN license in Michigan and BLS
