Tres LA Group is currently seeking On-Call Temporary Workers to join our food service cafeteria team in Los Lunas, NM. We are looking for individuals with food handler's cards and at least 1 year of experience in similar settings such as restaurants, cafes, or other food service establishments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties in various roles including serving, pastry cooking, line cooking, prep cooking, and dishwashing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and serving according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to meet operational needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
