```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software and mobile applications. Your role will involve conducting tests, identifying bugs and issues, and providing feedback to the development team.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality
- Provide feedback on usability and user experience
- Perform technical support for software-related issues
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and practices
- Experience in testing mobile applications on different platforms (iOS, Android)
- Familiarity with ETL
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing
- Experience with ServiceNow and Dashboard Reports testing
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the development team
